Meet The Directors
Petar Bazdaric began his building career at the age of 16 years old, as an apprentice working in his Fathers building company. Petar learnt all aspects of building / construction with 6 years of tertiary education and receiving his accreditation in Building and Construction. He also gained experience and knowledge with a hands-on approach, followed by 10+years of specialising in Supervision of high-quality detailed construction projects.
Petar is the Director and Master Builder of Bazdaric Prestige, he oversees all projects and personally consults with new clients. He has a reliable and efficient team that know the high standard that is required at every stage of the building process.
Suzana is also a Director at Bazdaric Prestige, she works closely with Petar in the business with clients and staff members. Having worked in visual merchandising throughout NSW, ACT & Victoria with experience in colour palettes and design. Suzana has spent 18 years as a colour consultant choosing, external & internal materials, colours and design of Spec Homes and custom homes.
Suzana also has extensive knowledge and experience in accounting, bookkeeping and managing the office. Her great communication skills is an added investment to the business as she is able to train her administration staff to be efficient and particular in every aspect of office administration, she treats her staff with great respect and knows the importance and value of having a great team.
Together, At the age of 30, both Petar & Suzana Bazdaric made the decision to start their own construction business, as they both wanted to create their own niche ‘Building Beautifully Crafted Homes’. Petar & Suzana have a very strong work ethic, and a high level of mutual respect and trust in each other which equates to effortless and extremely rewarding working relationship. To this day; Petar, Suzana and their team carelessly craft each home as if it were their own.
