2. Initial Meeting
We get down to details so we can quote for you. Our quotes require payment to commence.
3. Design Meeting
If you are using the services of our designer, we will schedule an appointment for you to meet our designer to discuss the overall style of your project.
We make an appointment to present our quote to you.
5. Contract Signing
At this stage we prepare and sign contracts.
6. Colour Selections
This is the window for finalising all colour selections with our designer.
7. Building Approvals
Once all documents have been prepared, they will go through the approvals process.
A Start date is scheduled, and on that date site work begins.
Along with a building inspector, we will complete a final inspection and grant the certificate of occupancy for you to move in.
We offer a maintenance program for a period of 90 days after completion.
